Alan Holley (b.1954) has been regularly performed and broadcast in Australia since the mid-1970s and over the past twenty years his music has become increasingly well-known in America and Europe. In 2014 he was a featured composer at the Velika Gorica Brass Festival (Croatia)\u00a0and was the subject of a composer profile concert in the Kolarac Hall,\u00a0Belgrade, Serbia. Just this month the Sydney based Sirius Ensemble performed four of his works in a \u2018composer profile\u2019 concert. Major compositions include the trumpet concerto Doppler\u2019s Web (2005), written for soloist Paul Goodchild\u00a0and A Line of Stars (2007), both\u00a0 commissioned and performed in the Concert Hall of the Opera House by the Sydney Symphony Orchestra. Loaded with Dream (2011) was commissioned by the Sydney Symphony for performance by the Fellows. In 2012 the Seraphim Trio toured his piano trio \u2018the estuaries of time\u2019. His flute, double bass\u00a0and trumpet works are included in the Australian Music Examinations Board syllabus. EMI Australia has published two collections. CDs of chamber and vocal music include Ophelia and Masquerade on the MBS label and Solos and Hammerings on the Hammerings Records label. Four of his trumpet works appear on the Paul Goodchild CD, Mixed Dozen on the 1M1 label.<\/p>\n

Paul Goodchild studied trumpet in Sydney and Europe and was appointed a full-time member of the Sydney Symphony at age 18, later becoming Associate Principal Trumpet. With the SSO, he has toured extensively throughout the USA, Europe, Japan, Taiwan and Asia, as well as Singapore, China and Korea with the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra. He is Principal Trumpet of many of Sydney\u2019s freelance orchestras and frequently performs with the Chamber Soloists of Sydney, Collegium Musicum at UNSW, Australia Ensemble, and the Australian Chamber Orchestra, with whom he has also been a soloist. In early 2011 he was a featured soloist with Sting and the Sydney Symphony Orchestra during the Symphonicity Tour and also performed as Principal Trumpet with the Australian World Symphony Orchestra In 2009 he performed in the Townsville Chamber Music Festival and in the Sydney Festival with the London Sinfonietta and Morphoses Ballet. In 2010 he performed Alan Holley\u2019s Ornithologia at the opening of the International Trumpet Guild World Conference in Sydney. Many leading Australian composers have written works for him, including Carl Vine, Ross Edwards, Barry McKimm and Matthew Hindson. In 2005 he gave the premiere of Alan Holley\u2019s trumpet concerto Doppler\u2019s Web with the Sydney Symphony, reprising it in 2006 with the Queensland Orchestra. Paul has appeared on many CDs foremost being Mixed Dozen, works for trumpet and piano. Paul is highly regarded as a teacher, with numerous private students and experience as Lecturer in Trumpet at the Sydney Conservatorium from 1996-2006, bles.Guest Lecturer at the Newcastle and Wollongong Conservatoriums and Music Camps with Pan Pacific and Youth Music Australia<\/p>\n

From 1997 to 2003 she was receiving a scholarship from the City of Zagreb. In 1999, when she was 16, she enrolled to the piano studies at the Academy of Music in Zagreb. She graduated from the Academy of Music in Zagreb at the age of 20, with professor Sretna Me\u0161trovi\u0107 as a tutor. She later enrolled post graduate studies at the same Academy with professor Marina Ambokadze as a tutor. She also perfected her playing skills at seminaries in Croatia and abroad, with prominent piano pedagogues She successfully performed as a soloist with the Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra, the Zagreb Soloists and the Zagreb Philharmonic Orchestra, and with the Opera Orchestra of the Crotian National Theater \u201eIvan pl. Zajc\u201c of Rijeka. She has acquired a status of a free lance musician artist in 2004. She has been doing numerous recordings for Croatian Radio. She has recorded concerts for piano and orchestra by Silvio Bombardelli and Boris Papandopulo, with the Symphony Orchestra of Croatian Radio and Television, published by Orfej. She took part in concert tours around Croatia and Japan . She also gave concerts at Zagreb summer night festival, Zagreb artists to Zagreb audience festival, Festivals of Croatian music in Berlin, Vienna, etc. She is also a member of the Orient expresto trio They have given concerts in Austria, Japan, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Albania, and all over Croatia, as well<\/p>\n

It is created In 2016 from Albanian brass players of 3 countries: Albania, Macedonia and Kosovo. The point of these ensemble is to unite the Albanian artists in all over Ballkan, to share Albanian culture and music throw concerts and to contribute to the artistic level in all the area.<\/p>\n

She started studyings at artistic high school \u201cJordan Misja\u201d, Tirana and then graduated at the Academy of Arts with pedagogue Nora Cashku. Over the years of study and after them has been participating regularly in the concert season of the University of Arts, Tirana with a wide repertoire. She hold many concerts like soloist with the orchestra both domestically and abroad as a soloist but at the same time she has been part of many concerts with chamber music also like soloist .She is a very well noun singer of pop music in Albania participating in many important activities .She graduated master for three years in the institute of music Janine. 7 years work as concert \u2013 master at Radio Television Orchestra and external professor at the University of Arts.<\/p>\n

Was graduated at the Academy of Arts in the instrument of trumpet in 2008. He played bass guitar in different pop \u2013 rock groups and popular ensembles such as \u201cTirana Ensemble\u201d. During the National Folk Festival of Gjirokastra \u201cArgjiro Fest_ON 2015\u201d was part of the Selective Board. Since 2000 he has been collecting albanian popular instruments. Now his collection has more than 100 licensed and temperated instruments, traditional costumes and many ortaments almost 100 years old. Till now this collection has been expozed in Tirana and Prishtina.<\/p>\n

Is created lately with profesional and young jazz musicians. These Big-Band has made many succesfull concerts and also is part of many Jazz project in Albania. Prishtina Brass is composed by members of the Philharmony of Kosovo, the Brass Orchestra of FSK and two members witch are professors in the University of Prishtina. This group has given a big number of concerts in the inside and outside environments of Kosovo and Macedonia. Their music style is an interlacement of different music periods without excluding the different works and songs of nowadays. They are very active in some festivals such as: \u201cReMusica\u201d, \u201cNights of Prishtina\u201d, \u201cFestival HAPU\u201d etc.<\/p>\n
